The Six Flags Association of Former Employees is an Non-Profit Organization Incorporated in Texas. Membership consists of former employees of the Six Flags Over Texas amusement park. Membership is open to anyone that has previously worked in the park, including employees of park contractors and lessees. The organizations goals include: | | - Sponsoring recreational activities for members;
| | | - Sponsoring community service and charitable activities;
| | | - Supporting the documentation of the history and heritage of the park; and

The organization is qualified by the IRS as a non-profit organization. The Six Flags Association of Former Employees operates in cooperation with the management of Six Flags Over Texas Amusement Parks, but is an independent organization.
